Susan started her career in direct marketing in 1964 after attending school in NYC. She has been at the forefront of the industry through its transitions from typed lists to revolutionary changes including the implementation of zip codes, fully computerized delivery system, Internet marketing and infomercials.
Jobs with three prestigious list brokers in the early years helped Susan develop her skills as list broker and list manager.
In 1982 Susan founded Country Marketing. At that time, she realized a niche in the Diet and Health products industry. Today, Country Marketing has expanded to include general merchandise lists, business-to-business, promotional offers, publications and more.
Susans top priorities have always been customer service, attention to detail and quick response. To insure top service, she works closely with her team of experts in all areas, including list selections, list research, evaluating results, developing mail plans, and merging lists.
Al Dorantes

In 1996 Al began his career at Country Marketing after attending Hartwick College in New York.
As vice-president of the List Management Division, Al focuses his attention on marketing client lists. With a strong background in sports, having played and coached football and wrestling, Al approaches the management of your list with a winning focus and the tenaciousness of a linebacker.
He handles every aspect of list management from marketing to delivery.
Al also works closely with Founder Susan Nabinger in handling the day-to-day operations of the company to insure that clients receive the kind of attention they deserve and that every aspect of the company runs professionally and efficiently.
Ilene Shuey

Ilene Shuey has been involved in direct marketing for 25 years. She has worked with some of the largest catalog and seminar mailers in the marketplace and assisted in the creation of the Business-to-Business Executive Databank. She developed her extensive knowledge in the diet and health arena working with mailers in the United States and Canada.
For a 10-year period, Ilene owned her own list brokerage and list management company. It was there that she honed her skills with Business-to-Business mailers and expanded to the consumer arena. She worked with mailers in consumer publishing, sweepstakes, fundraising, business-to-business seminars and catalogs. Among her clients are such recognized companies as Readers Digest, TV Guide, Harlequin Books and E-med Company.
Ilene joined Country Marketing Ltd in 1999 as a Senior Account Executive. Her expertise in direct mail has been employed by such mailers as Space Age Media and Tabaks Health Products.
